We're a UK-only store, so card payment covers the vast majority of how our customers like to pay. We may add further payment options as we grow.
Your card is charged in full at the time your order is placed, not when it is dispatched. If there's ever an issue with your order, we'll be in touch by email before any refund or adjustment is processed.
Checkout is powered by Shopify's payment infrastructure, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. All transactions are encrypted, and we never see or store your full card details.
All prices on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP, £). Depending on your card issuer, an international transaction fee may apply if your card is issued outside the UK.
